CFB-14 and ISSB-8 Successfully Concluded

The 14th International Conference on Circulating Fluidized Bed Technology (CFB-14) and the 8th International Symposium on Spouted Beds (ISSB-8), held in Taiyuan, China from July 21-24, 2024, have concluded successfully. This joint event brought together prominent and young researchers, educators, and practitioners from around the world to share their impactful research discoveries, achievements, and experiences in fluidization science and technology. The expanded conference scope, which included circulating, bubbling, turbulent, and spouted bed technologies, fostered a diverse and enriching exchange of ideas. On July 23, 2024, during the banquet of the 14th International Conference on Circulating Fluidized Bed Technology (CFB-14), the conference convener, Dr. Xiaotao Bi, delivered a heartfelt tribute to the titans in the field of fluidization who have recently passed away.
